Mind Blowing!

Jeremiah 1:5 "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations."

During this time of uncertainty we all find ourselves in unfamiliar territory. All of a sudden we are forced to spend our time with less outside distractions and a lot more time on our hands . In times like these great ideas are birthed through creativity that we never knew we had inside of us.

Think about it like this... One day Alexander Graham Bell got tired of yelling to his neighbor or jumping on a horse just to relay a message, so he had an idea... the first telephone was born and look at us now. Mr Graham Bell's purpose, you could say, was for us to have the privilege to walk around with $1000 mini computers in our pockets that we can also talk on and film everything we see!

So ask yourself, why were you created? Seriously, while you have this extra "self quarantine" time on your hands what are you going to do with it? Complain about where you can't go? Spend it on games or watching Netflix? Don't get me wrong, I do some of those things too but you also have to use this time to really seek Gods will for your life. We were all created for a purpose... In the scripture above, God said that He knew you before you were born. So picture this, God... Jesus... and the Holy Spirit are sitting at the dinner table talking about what they would love to see happen on Earth. They came up with an amazing idea, and gave it a name... YOURS!

That idea was given your name and the set your existence in motion. So believe me when I tell you, there is POWER in your imagination, after all, everything you see and use today is the results of someones idea... even you.

I challenge you to use the "down time" to talk with God and really seek His purpose for you... find out what idea did He come up with that made Him create you and live the rest of your life with a purpose!
